Rule 1 – Free Cancellation
You can cancel your ride completely free of charge if you do so at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure via WhatsApp or phone. We understand that plans can change and are happy to help you schedule a new ride.

Cancelling less than 2 hours before departure? Then we charge 50% of the agreed ride price. The driver has already prepared, the vehicle is ready and the schedule has been arranged for your ride.

Has the driver already started driving to you? Then the ride has started and we charge 100% of the agreed ride price . The driver has invested fuel and time in your booking.
🚗 Driver is already on the way to youRule 4 – Refusal of Agreed Price
Did you agree to and confirm a price, but refuse to pay on arrival or after the ride? Then 100% of the agreed price is charged plus an administration fee of €25. In case of continued refusal, legal proceedings will be initiated.

If you do not appear within 30 minutes of the driver's arrival at the agreed location, without prior notice, the full ride price is charged as a no-show. Always let us know if you are delayed!

Send us the pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers and luggage via WhatsApp or phone (+32 488 33 00 57). Within a few minutes you receive a confirmation with the fixed price. At the agreed time your driver is waiting at your door, helps with the suitcases and takes you comfortably to your destination.

Yes, we drive 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays, at the same fixed prices.

Preferably book at least 24 hours in advance, especially during holiday periods and for early mornings. That way we are sure a car is available when you want to leave. Last-minute rides are possible, but booking ahead gives the most certainty.
